Serving on community boards, foundations, committees
Facilitate community workshops, forums or meetings
Facilitate continuing education or customized industry courses
Arranging fine arts events, cultural events, and recreational events
Working with K-12 programs
Although attending worship services is not
considered community service, working within your religious organization to benefit
the community (for example, building a habitat house, maintaining clothing closets
or food pantries that are for the benefit of the whole community)
is considered community service.
